If you are transacting with Iconic-ei.ae, these terms and conditions automatically apply to you. You contract with Iconic Auto Spare Parts once you do any transaction on the site, and the terms and conditions and all the policies stated hereby make you bound by the obligations stated in the conditions.

LIMITED LICENSE.

By using our online service, you obtain a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to utilize and access the site subject to the requirements and restrictions of these terms of use. UAE is the country of operation of Iconic-ei.ae, and this is the place we represent and control the site and its operations from. We operate according to UAE law and are not responsible for any consequences of its use in another territory or country with other laws and regulations that Iconic Auto Spare Parts might be in compliance with. You agree that you are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with the local laws and regulations if you are using this site from another country or territory. You agree that you shall not export or re-export any material or element from this site that is in violation of any applicable law, including but not limited to the UAE export laws and regulations.

All disputes arising due to site usage or as a consequence of the transaction on the site shall be dealt with by an honorable court in the UAE according to UAE laws.

1. MULTI-CURRENCY PRICED TRANSACTION,

The prices and currency you select online while doing the transaction will be charged to the card and reflected in the transaction receipt.

Iconic-ei.ae accepts payment by PayPal, Visa, or Mastercard debit and credit cards in AED and USD for its products and services. Online purchases are also governed by the terms of use and conditions imposed by merchant service providers. Please go through the user agreements, terms, and policies before concluding the transaction. Please be informed that these user agreements, terms of use, and conditions supersede all the written, verbal, and oral agreements and terms of use in relation to the subject discussed in these terms of use. A waiver or modification of these Terms of Use will only be effective if made in writing and signed by an authorized officer of Iconic-ei.ae.

The refunds, when applicable, will be made to the original mode of payment only.

1. OFFICE FOREIGN ASSETS CONTROL (OFAC) SANCTIONED COUNTRIES

Iconic Auto Spare Parts will not engage in any business, trade, or commerce activities with services, individuals, or companies that are owned, controlled by, or acting for or on behalf of Office Foreign Assets Control Sanctioned Countries, or any individual, group, or organization declared terrorist or narcotic traffickers.

1. REPRESENTATIONS BY YOU

By visiting Iconic-ei.ae, you warrant, guarantee, covenant, and represent the fact that:

LICENCE GRANTED TO YOU:

By providing materials to Iconic-ei.ae, including by submitting or uploading content or materials for use on the site, you represent and warrant that you or the owner of all rights to such content or materials has expressly granted Iconic-ei.ae an irrevocable world-wide right in all languages and in perpetuity to use and exploit all or any part of the content and materials provided by you. SEVERABILITY:

If any provision of the Terms of Use is held to be invalid, void, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall nevertheless continue in full force and effect.
